I work with buyers and sellers across the GTA — homes, condos, towns, and small commercial. Same approach in every deal: clear data, clear strategy, fewer surprises.
My background is technical — calculators, comps, spreadsheets — applied to a market that still runs on feel. The website splits into two doors (residential / commercial) on purpose: the buyer pool, the regulations, and the comps are different, but the discipline is the same.
Most clients come to me because someone they trust said "Alex won't guess." That's the bar.
